Holidays at the Inn 2024

The Samaritan Inn had an amazing end to 2024, starting with being a part of the 25th annual McKinney Rotary Club Christmas Parade of Lights supporting local organizations benefitting the McKinney community! We also held our annual Santa’s Workshop event, where parents get to choose the perfect gifts for their children, creating unforgettable memories and smiles that will last a lifetime.

Daniel Gafford, “The Landlord” of the Dallas Mavericks, donated $2,500 each to four of our families as well as toys for each child in our North Texas Gateway Transitional Housing program.

Jaxson Turner brought the holiday magic to life with his incredible 7th annual Christmas party for the kids in our care. From festive fun to thoughtful gifts, he spreads joy, love, and laughter, creating memories that these children will cherish forever.

Finally, thanks to the incredible Plano Rotary Club, our Christmas Eve started with donuts and hot chocolate in the dining room. Then, Santa himself arrived, spreading cheer and leading everyone to the festive setup!
