For adults age 18-65 with mental illness and/or chemical dependency. Intake M-F 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM first-come, first-serve basis. Admissions voluntary. Routh Street (Intensive Residential Treatment Program) - 32 beds, 2 week stay. Room and board, dual diagnosis classes, reocery and relapse prevention components, counseling and case management services. IOP - 4-6 weeks. structured day program M-F 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Light breakfast and lunch provided.
Maternity for pregnant, homeless women ages 17-21. Supported by Cornerstone Baptist Church. LB friendly. Intake: online application, contact within 72 hours, interview and 2-hour clinical in person, 5-7 day process. Exclusions: felonies, unmanaged mental illness. Expectations: drug free, continue education, seek employment, seek permanent housing. Length of stay: 1 year. Facility: (4) 2BDR apartments w/ shared kitchen and bathroom.
