Mysti Hively is the Chief Programs Officer at The Samaritan Inn where she brings a rich background in hotel management and professional counseling to her role. With a career spanning various facets of management and mental health, Mysti excels in developing and overseeing a comprehensive program that effectively supports and uplifts the homeless community.
A dedicated professional and passionate advocate, Mysti has been married for almost 20 years and is a proud parent to a vibrant 7-year-old daughter who they adopted in September of 2018. Her personal journey as a former foster parent and current adoptive parent informs her empathetic approach to program development and client support.
Beyond her professional life, Mysti enjoys a fulfilling personal life on a small farm, where they embrace a simple, family-oriented lifestyle. She is also deeply involved in her community as a worship leader and children’s ministry volunteer at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Additionally, Mysti maintains a private practice in Allen, where she continues to provide counseling services.
